Signum abilities:

Psi-Link: Links me with my target, Any Magic energy that hits me, will also Hit them. only lasts a few seconds.
Disruption: A wave of Energy is sent forth from my hand.
Fear: Leaks Doubt and Disorder into the targets Mind. (Usefull for turning enemy against enemy)
Empower: A 3x Boost to my strength, Agility ect.
Dominate: Causes Mental damage to anyone within 20ft. The Weaker minded will be left confused and disoriented.

try to give a set amount "Empower" increases you and maybe psi-link please be a little more specific, do u mean if u get injured your opponent is injured aswell or rather u reflect the blast back

both of us are injured with Psi-Link, hotwever it only works with magic attacks.
and i was going to give a specific amount with empower, but i didnt know what the limit was...

well edit ur first post up top and add those details and if we and fellow admins feel ur empower is too much of a boost we will simply ask u to lower it no harm done

I say that Dominate should be more specific. For all we know, you could mean as in complete shut down of the brain.

oops, sorry, i didnt mean it in the context of instant kill, more that it CAN kill you, if your weaken enough. else it just dazes you.

By the way, the Command Phrase, does it have to be said EXACTLY? or can it be changed slightly
